I finally finished this drawing inspired by the word "Frozen" from a couple of weeks ago, but Crunchy seemed to be fitting as well... I might tweak it a little more for my portfolio, but am glad to have just had this quiet time off while we were in NY for Thanksgiving to work on a couple of unfinished projects. Hope to get a couple more wrapped during football on Sunday.
Wow, it's amazing - how did you do this using illustrator? Fantastic detail, it speaks volumes!
ReplyDeleteSuper wee fellow, but please follow up with an image of him tucked up in a cozy chair in front of the fire with a cookie!
ReplyDeleteLovely! This really conveys the feeling of this little guy. It seems cold, and you can feel how he's feeling.
ReplyDeleteburrr, we hope to get some crunchy snow tomorrow. yes I agree with Connie, get that little one inside and warm!

ReplyDeleteShe was back inside after a couple of minutes... my husband told her not to take her gloves off, but she loves to "learn" on her own... it was priceless!
P.S. to Buskitten, I drew this in illustrator and referenced a picture. I paint in blocks of color, and tend to draw that way in Illustrator as well. When I started I was only using a mouse which took about 10 hours, then started using a small tablet and finished the rest of it in another 5 hours.
